We strive to bring you and your family a wide variety of creative art workshops.  Each workshop will meet for 2 hours on a Saturday.  The Saturday Art Workshops have been specially designed to cover specific objectives and will offer introductions to different art materials.  Below is a list of a few of the many workshops that we offer.  If there is an art workshop that you do not see on the list, but that you would like us to offer then we can work with you to create your own!  Workshops can be designed for groups of 5 - 10 people.

Art Workshops for Children, Teens, and Adults:

Arts & Crafts (ages 5 - 11) - Make a variety of age-appropriate arts & crafts projects.

Kool Kritters (ages 5 - 11) - Make silly bugs out of clay and pipe cleaners.

Femo (ages 13 and up) - Make real and unreal characters (fairies, animals, humans, etc.) out of Femo clay.

Book Binding (ages 11 - 16) - Develop creative writing skills, write your own story, and make your own book from scratch.

Still Life (ages 15 and up) - Learn the art of composition and skills including design, shading, tone, and more!

Drawing (ages 15 and up) - Gain an understanding of common shapes, tone, light, shadow, atmosphere, perspective, and depth.

Mixed Media (ages 15 and up) - Explore a variety of mixed media techniques.

Painting (adults) - Learn the basics of painting.

Advanced Painting (adults) - Explore different and more advanced themes and styles of painting.

Decoupage (adults) - Decorate with paper/magazine cut outs and special paint techniques.

Floral Arrangements (adults) - Learn how to design a bouquet with live flowers!

As the popularity of an art workshop grows, the workshop may be extended into an ongoing art class that meets on a weekly basis.
